How does it work?
First, we use a specialized milling machine to descale the cast iron (descaling is the removal of rust and debris buildup in your sewer, its called scale because the rust forms into rough metal pieces that resemble scales) and pulverize the scale into small particles.
While descaling we run water to flush out the debris out of the sewer and into the city sewer or into your septic tank. The descaling tool we use is built to cover the exact inner dimensions of your pipe from 2-4 inches.
Next, once the descaling process is complete, we smooth out the sewer with our specialized sander.
Finally, once the sewer is smoothed and any residual burs from the scale are removed we dry the pipe.
Once the pipe is completely dry we apply the epoxy. We can apply from 2-7 coats and we offer warranties for every application of coating.
Call and ask how we can save you thousands of dollars by rehabilitating your existing cast iron sewer system.
